Women in Construction Week 

The focus of Women in Construction (WIC) Week is to highlight women as a visible component of the construction industry. WIC Week also provides an occasion for NAWIC’s thousands of members across the country to raise awareness of the opportunities available for women in the construction industry and to emphasize the growing role of women in the industry.  It is also a time for local chapters to give back to their communities. 

WIC Week is an annual, week long acknowledgement and celebration that occurs every year in March.  Below are some ways you can participate is spreading awareness and showing your support:

• Display the WIC Week Poster and Pins (Order Form)
• Add WIC Week salutations to your email signature
• Post WIC Week to Social Media
• Highlight women employees in your company
• Initiate a "Bring a Young Women to Work Day"
• Hand out WIC Week Swag
