The NAWIC Philadelphia Foundation is the Chapter's sister organization created in 2018 as a non-profit corporation to provide educational opportunities, events, and programs for students to learn about careers in construction.  The organization falls under the 501(c)(3) section of the Internal Revenue Code and has federal and state tax-exempt status.  

• Chapter members are volunteers for the Foundation's programs and events.
• The Foundation must have a minimum of 51% current and active Chapter members on their Board of Directors.  Other members are outside community leaders.
• The Foundation runs the Mentoring young Women In Construction (MyWIC) Camp.
• The Foundation runs a Block Kids event each Fall.
• The Foundation is currently revamping the Chapter's Scholarship program.
